Return, Refund & Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with us. We are committed to delivering high-quality, natural essential oils such as Black Seed Oil, Flax seed, and other wellness products. Please take a moment to review our policy below before placing your order.
All Sales Are Final
All items purchased through our online store are FINAL SALE. Due to the personal and consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds under any circumstances.
This strict policy is in place to maintain the highest standards of safety, hygiene, and product integrity. Once an item has left our facility, we cannot verify its handling or storage, and therefore cannot restock or resell it.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@al-salwa.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging.
We will assess the matter promptly and, if eligible, provide a replacement or suitable resolution. Claims made outside of the 48-hour window may not be honored.
Processing Time
Due to high demand and our commitment to quality control, please allow up to 72 hours (3 business days) for your order to be processed and prepared for shipping. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.
Shipping Liability
Once your package has been handed off to the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages. Shipping issues must be resolved directly with the carrier.
If you would like to upgrade your shipping method to include tracking and/or insurance, please contact us prior to placing your order at info@al-salwa.com so we can accommodate your request. We strongly recommend insured and tracked shipping for high-value orders.
EU Customers & Legal Exemptions
Although EU regulations provide a 14-day cancellation window for online purchases, this does not apply to personal care products, consumables, or sealed goods once opened. As our products fall under this category, the EU cooling-off period does not apply once items are opened or the seal is broken.
