Al Salwa Shipping Policy

At Al Salwa, we take great care in packaging our premium products to ensure they arrive safely at your door. Based in Toronto, Ontario, we ship across Canada and to our customers in the United States and the United Kingdom.

 

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or Canadian statutory holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. International Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Al Salwa is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.

  • US & UK Customers: All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).
  • For UK orders, VAT may be collected at checkout in accordance with UK tax laws.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

4. Damaged Items & Fragile Goods

While we use reinforced packaging for our  bottles, we understand that accidents happen during transit.

  • Reporting Damage: If your order arrives damaged, please email us at info@al-salwa.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Required Info: Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and the external packaging.
  • Resolution: We will review the damage and, if approved, provide a replacement or store credit. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods until the claim is resolved.

5. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your address at checkout. Al Salwa is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to resend the package.

 

6. Returns Policy

As stated on our product pages, all sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
